While working as an office clerk, (49 years old) suffered a slip-and-fall accident on the job that resulted in injuries to her neck, arm, and shoulder. The accident also exacerbated other underlying knee, back, and chronic pain issues that had plagued her for years. A 35-year-old man was struck and killed by a No. 5 train at the Atlantic Avenue station in Brooklyn shortly before 10 a.m. Wednesday.
